In the project Self-Discovery,2023,  010oa integrates the concepts of autopoiesis and self-organisation, delving into the complexities of human development from embryogenesis through to maturity. The work presents a detailed exploration of cellular differentiation in organ and tissue development during embryogenesis, as well as the ongoing maintenance and adaptation of cellular structures and functions at a molecular level throughout human growth.

By representing anatomical elements such as skeletons and organs, alongside abstract motifs that symbolise cognitive and emotional aspects of self-evolution, 010oa creates a visual narrative that spans the spectrum of human development. This project serves as a visual metaphor for the continuous, autonomous formation of the self, drawing parallels between the biological processes of growth and the emergence of personal identity. Through the fusion of art and science, 010oa offers a profound examination of the intricate relationship between our physical growth and our inner selves, highlighting the dynamic and complex nature of human development and the constitution of 'self'.
